The River Dee - From Source to Sea

Although we now live in Edinburgh, we used to live on the outskirts of Aberdeen, a stone's throw from the River Dee. I loved walking by the river and have explored all aspects of it from its headwaters in the Cairngorms to its estuary in Aberdeen. I therefore set up a long-term photographic project to photograph the Dee from its source in the Cairngorms to its meeting with the sea in Aberdeen. The source of the river is in the Wells of Dee close to the summit of Braeriach. Unfortunately, poor weather has meant that I've never managed to get there. I'm still hopeful.
